Chris started Waldorf Oaks in 2024 after years of investing in DFW himself, buying, rehabbing, and holding in the market where he grew up and is raising his family.

Waldorf Oaks Capital is a direct private lender focused on single-family fix-and-flip, bridge, DSCR, construction, and cash-out refinance loans across Texas. Since opening, we’ve closed 20+ deals and deployed over $2.7M statewide.

DFW is home base; it’s where our market knowledge runs deepest, with deals in South Fort Worth, Haltom City, Arlington, Mesquite, and more. We also lend across Texas and bring the same direct, personal approach to every deal we fund.
